Terms of Use

User Content and Uploads

You are responsible for every image, video, description, logo, document, and other content you upload. You confirm that you own the content or have obtained all permissions, licences, releases, and consents needed to upload it, display it, and use it for your listing and related marketing.

You must not upload content copied or stolen from another person, business, website, marketplace, or photographer. If you upload content without permission, you are responsible for all resulting copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other claims, costs, damages, and legal fees.

Licence to Display

By uploading content, you grant Maldives Speedboat Transfers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, format, display, and promote that content as needed to operate and market the platform and your listing.

Claims and Removal

We do not claim ownership of your uploads and cannot guarantee that uploads are free from third-party claims. We may remove, disable, or request replacement of content when we receive a complaint or reasonably believe it is unlawful, misleading, or unauthorised. You agree to promptly cooperate with rights-holder requests.

General Use and Bookings

You agree to provide accurate information, follow operator instructions, and use the platform lawfully. Availability, schedules, prices, routes, and travel times may change because of weather, safety, government requirements, or operator decisions. A booking request is not confirmed until our team or the operator confirms it.

Reviews and Communications

You are responsible for reviews and messages you submit. They must be truthful, lawful, and not abusive, misleading, defamatory, or infringing. We may moderate, reject, or remove content that violates these terms.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend and indemnify Maldives Speedboat Transfers and its operators from claims arising from your uploads or your breach of these terms. This section does not remove any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

We use information you submit to respond to requests, coordinate transfers, improve the platform, prevent abuse, and communicate about services. We do not sell personal information. You may contact us to request access or correction where applicable law provides that right.
